I was never one who got much out of the more "usual" art-forms (landscapes, portraits, statues of people/animals).Neither did I like a lot of "modern" art like Picasso(in fact I thought a lot of modern art was disgustingly ugly). However , what I did like was what might loosely be termed "fantastic art" (this term might have more specialised meanings for some people) - Dali, Breughel(some one of them - encountered his art on the cover of an lp by the band "Pearls before Swine"(Or was that Bosch?)) and also a lot of modern fantastic art such as was found in the sci-fi/fantasy magasine "Heavy Metal". I started looking for other fantastic art sources on the web and eventually found a lot of other art that I could enjoy looking at. My tastes have not broadened out much from the fantastic , although I can appreciate the intensity of some non-fantastic art. (I also am starting to like a lot of fantastic art sculpture). This page contains links to pages of fantasy art, science fiction art, space art, gargoyles, fantastic computer art , that I personally like.
