Joseph Kim

Biography

Dr. Joseph Kim is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at West Chester University. He received his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from Temple University. He teaches courses related to human resource management and organizational behavior. His research primarily focuses on issues related to trust, impression management, and abusive supervision.
