When a current or retired employee of West Chester University passes away, the Human Resources Office will send out a bereavement announcement to the campus community via an all-users email. Please complete the Bereavement Announcement Request Form so that accurate information is shared.
Vincent V. Suppan
Vincent was a WCU alumni and professor of Speech Pathology until he retired in 1981.
He will be dearly missed by the WCU community.
George Stuart Claghorn
Professor George Claghorn was the founder and first chairperson of the Philosophy
Department. After 41 years of service, he retired in 2004. He will be deeply missed
by the WCU community.
