ATLAS for adult learners

Congratulations on making the decision to pursue your undergraduate degree at West Chester University! All adult learners at WCU are supported through the Adult Transition & Learning for Academic Success (ATLAS) initiative. This program explicitly supports your personalized needs in your academic journey, as well as celebrates your successes along the way.

We understand that each adult learner has taken their own unique path to get to WCU. So, whether you're working full- or part-time, caregiving for a family member, have taken college or community college credits, or simply decided to explore your academic options a little later in life – the ATLAS program is here to support you as you navigate West Chester University -- from your first class through graduation. 

ATLAS Orientation

This summer, the ATLAS program is hosting a special welcome event designed especially for adult learners.  During ATLAS Orientation, you will participate in a tailored information session, connect with fellow adult learners, and take a campus tour that focuses on spaces and places specifically for you.
