Course Registration Dates for Summer 2024:
Graduate Registration begins: February 7
Graduate Non-Degree Registration begins: March 6, 12:00am
Undergraduate Open Enrollment begins: April 24, 12:00am

Announcements
The Graduate School will be closed on Monday May 27 and will be remote only for the rest of the week, Tuesday May 28 - Friday May 31. Our summer hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday.
To support the transition to RamPortal, we will be pausing the processing of some student records changes and resuming updates in mid March. Updates to both Spring and Summer 2024 registration and course schedules will continue as normal. Transcripts will be available during this time; however, changes to your graduate program requested during these dates will not be reflected on your transcript.
June 1 is the deadline to apply for Summer 2024 graduation.

To answer some of your questions about transcripts & diplomas:
The degree review and conferral process takes several weeks, so thank you for your patience.
You will receive an email notification when your degree has been awarded and posted to your transcript. Do not order an official transcript until you receive that email.
Diplomas will be mailed to the home address on your student record, so make sure the correct address is on file. You will also want to make sure there are no holds on your account that would prevent release of your transcript or diploma. Diplomas should be received late July/early August.

Accelerated Programs
Undergraduate students taking graduate courses as part of an accelerated degree program should visit the Accelerated Programs website for more information.
