Dr. Michelle Kaulback's personal educational philosophy builds on the concept of the faculty as the facilitator of learning in a positive, respectful classroom and clinical environment. She encourages individuals to ask complex questions and strives to develop caring and competent nurses. The integration of a variety of teaching-learning strategies that encourage critical thinking and foster clinical judgement is a framework for her teaching.
