Web Team Services
The Web Team is a group of web designers and developers who assist with the technical design, production, and maintenance of web sites for West Chester University on the external website (www.wcupa.edu), the internal website, SharePoint (wcupa.sharepoint.com), and the mobile site (m.wcupa.edu). Presently, the team maintains over 7,000 web pages, while assisting with the development and maintenance of many more. The Web Team also develops online forms, automating and streamlining many manual processes, such as event registration.
More than ever, the Web is used as a primary source of information. If you do not have a website, or if you would like assistance with maintaining your site, the Web Team can help with each stage of building and maintaining an attractive and informative site for you.

Site Maintenance
In order to maintain a website, users must be trained in Omni CMS (formerly OU Campus), our content management system.
Omni CMS (formerly OU Campus)
Omni CMS is our browser-based content management system (CMS) that allows our users to edit and maintain their webpages easily. Through Omni CMS, you'll be able to upload images and documents, publish pages to the live server, and share testing pages with colleagues for review.
Users can gain access to their pages after a self-paced training. To request training, email webmaster@wcupa.edu.
