South Campus Apartments

Qualifications & Permit Eligibility

South Campus Apartment residents are those students who live in the South Campus Apartment complex and have accumulated 30 or more credits. WCU apartment residents are eligible to purchase a permit for specified spaces in the parking areas inside the WCU apartment complex. This is an "A" permit.

Parking Lots

South Campus Apartment residents with an "A" permit are permitted to park in the following parking lots:

  • Q lot: South of Farrell Stadium on South New Street
  • R lot: East of Farrell Stadium on Stadium Road
  • S3 lot: South New Street next to the Serpico Stadium
  • Y lot: South Campus Apartment Complex (South Campus Drive)
