Scheduling Rooms and Meetings Using 25Live
25Live Pro is is a web-based scheduling and calendaring platform used by WCU. It is leveraged to schedule classrooms for academic courses, schedule/manage large and small scale events in different rooms across campus, and publish important dates, deadlines, and happenings to public WCU calendars.
We ask that requests to use University facilities be made at least three (3) weeks prior to the event to allow for adequate processing time. During peak times, especially at the beginning of each semester, confirmations to use space may be delayed due to high volume. For smaller events (meetings, working groups, etc.) that require no extra coordination or external marketing, requests must be submitted no less than 3 days prior to the event date.
