Rental Rates
Rental rates for WCU-owned vehicles include fuel. Wright Express (WEX) fuel credit
cards are issued for each Motor Pool rental vehicle.
All fuel purchases made with the WEX credit card must be listed on the WCU Vehicle
Trip Sheet with attached receipts.

| Minivan - 7 passenger | $21.00 per day or $0.38 per mile, whichever is greater |
| Full-sized van - 15 passenger* | $21.00 per day or $0.45 per mile, whichever is greater |
| Cargo Van | $21.00 per day or $0.45 per mile, whichever is greater |
| Pickup Truck | $21.00 per day or $0.45 per mile, whichever is greater |
| Supervan | $30.00 per day or $0.65 per mile, whichever is greater |
* Van Safety Orientation Program required before renting 15-passenger vans
Cancellations
Notify the Motor Pool Office as soon as possible of any cancellations. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to scheduled trip departure will result in the daily rate being charged.
