Office of Student Engagement

Mission and Vision

Mission

The Office of Student Engagement provides undergraduate students with student organization opportunities and intentional campus-wide programming that encourage students to connect, belong, and engage at West Chester University. We do this through:

• Providing opportunities for all students to meet and connect with student organizations, through fairs, RamConnect support, and 1-1 conversations.
• Executing fun programming for all of campus that meets the needs of a wide variety of students at WCU.
• Supporting student organization leaders and advisors through Leadership Consultant (LC) consultations, leadership development programming, and resources for success at WCU.
• Advising the Student Government Association in advocacy, resource allocation, and governance.

Vision

We aspire to create opportunities on campus through student organizations and/or campus programming where all students feel that they belong at WCU. Additionally, we aspire to support student organization leaders so that all students are empowered to learn and lead on-campus and beyond.
