Alcohol and Drugs
In addition to state laws prohibiting use of alcohol for persons under 21 years of age, the rules of West Chester University state that no alcohol shall be used or possessed in residential facilities. Alcoholic Beverages are not permitted on campus without the prior written approval of the President of the University. Other federal and state laws forbid the possession, use, sale, or distribution of controlled drugs.
