Student Leadership and Involvement is the official umbrella office of all recognized undergraduate student organizations at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. With over 300 registered organizations, West Chester University provides a range of opportunity to grow as an individual, develop teamwork and leadership skills, and network with other students and faculty. This website features information on leadership programs, and resources for student organization leaders, advisors, and members of student groups. RamConnect is the one stop shop for student engagement and all recognized student organizations are listed there.
West Chester University prides itself on its active and engaged student population. In the 2021-2022 academic year over 5,000 students engaged with the office. Over 800 unique students held a leadership position in a student organization and over 2,000 events were posted on RamConnect. At West Chester there is always a way to be engaged in campus life.
For best service starting December 18, 2024, and through January 10, 2025, please reach out to involvement@wcupa.edu and a staff member will reply promptly. We will be available virtually during this time and will be happy to assist.

Get Involved
Involvement Fair
The Involvement Fair is one of many opportunities to get involved in campus and student life. Student Organizations set up displays and have members available to talk one on one about what their organization does on campus or in the community. Involvement in co-curricular experiences is an important part of having a successful college career. The Spring 2025 Involvement Fairs will take place in the Sykes Ballrooms from January 28th - 30th. Stop by to check out our student organizations and how to get engaged on campus.
At the start of each semester there will be an involvement fair. Information about the Fall involvement fair can be found here.
We encourage all students to find at least two organizations to be involved in. We suggest one for fun and one that is connected to your academic major or professional field.
If you have any questions please reach out to us at involvement@wcupa.edu
