D-CAP Staff

D-CAP consists of professional staff, with expertise in autism and best practices. Graduate Assistants help students master their goals in the areas of executive functioning, socialization, self-advocacy, independence, and employment/career development.

Cherie Fishbaugh, Director of Autism Services

Cherie FishbaughCherie Fishbaugh is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned her Ed.D. in Policy, Planning, and Administration at West Chester University and her M.A. in special education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Ohio State University. Cherie has worked with individuals from the age of 18 months to adulthood.  Her experience includes working at the Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders at Nationwide Children's Hospital, serving as an Education Consultant for the May Institute, and assisting with program and clinical development for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Autism Resource Center (SPARC).  In 2016, Cherie joined West Chester University as the Director of Autism Services and developed Dub-C Autism Program (D-CAP). Cherie's clinical and research expertise are in the areas of behavior analysis, autism spectrum disorders, behavior management, social skills training, and positive behavior supports. 

Other: Co-founder and executive board member of Neurodiversity Employment Network- Philadelphia; Steering committee for Alliance: College to Employment Program. Co-Chair of Planning Committee for College Autism Summit; Advisor for Eagles Autism Foundation- College Program at WCU; Mentor for SquareOne; PEERS certified.

Amanda Martin, Assistant Director

Amanda MartinAmanda Martin earned her Masters of Science in Higher Education Policy and Student Affairs from West Chester University making her an alumnus twice. Her thesis was on Accessibility for Students with Disabilities. Amanda is a member of AHEAD, an Association on Higher Education And Disability. She is already a familiar face around campus to many as she has previous experience at West Chester University serving students from the Office of Educational Accessibility. Furthermore she has experience with the theoretical foundations of higher education, pedagogy, ACPA/NASPA Professional Competencies, accommodations, and assistive technology tools for students. She is always seeking new knowledge and loves to learn. You will additionally find Amanda has oodles of West Chester University spirit! Go Rams!

Brooke Williams, Assistant Director

Brooke Williams

Brooke Williams is a Licensed Social Worker. She earned her B.S. in Psychology and Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies from the University of Pittsburgh in 2021 and graduated from West Chester University as a Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2024. During her 3 years as a graduate student at WCU, Brooke enjoyed working as a D-CAP Graduate Assistant, spending time with THE D-CAP Doodle, and volunteering with the Eagles Autism Foundation College Program on campus (go Birds!). Brooke is excited to be able to continue her time at D-CAP as she enters her new role of Assistant Director.

Emma Billingsley, Employment Coordinator

Emma earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in dance in Spring 2021 from West Chester University. They have experience working with Rams After Hours, Success Coaching, and the Career Development Center. They have been a part of DCAP since 2017, and an ambassador since 2018. Emma has worn many hats in DCAP throughout the years – a student, ambassador, Graduate Assistant, and now as the  Employment Coordinator.  Emma looks forward to working with students on their career aspirations and to getting to know them further.

Casey Brichetto

Casey Brichetto is a second-year graduate student in the Social Work program at West Chester University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Nutrition at the University of Nevada - Reno. While attending UNR, she gained experience as a certified Youth Peer Recovery Support Specialist through the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). After graduation, she worked for the school district as a Head Swim and Dive Coach at a local high school and a substitute teacher in the same district for K-12. These combined experiences helped shape a career path and the decision to pursue Social Work. Casey is excited for this new opportunity to learn and gain new perspectives while integrating her past knowledge and experience to the D-CAP program!

Katie Dougherty, Graduate Assistant

Katie Dougherty is a first-year graduate student in the Social Work program at West Chester University. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, as well as minors in Social Work and Gender Studies. Katie has experience mentoring neurodiverse individuals through the Big Brother’s Big Sister’s program and also has close relationships with autistic family members. Katie is passionate about disability advocacy, and excited to use her strengths to support students success at D-CAP!

Cyniah Drew, Graduate Assistant

Cyniah Drew is a first-year graduate student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at West Chester University, where she serves as a Graduate Assistant with the D-CAP office. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a background in Business Administration from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, which shaped her interest in human behavior, organizational systems, and student development.

Throughout her undergraduate experience, Cyniah held multiple leadership roles, including President of the Beta Phi Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated, Secretary of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, and Assistant Secretary of the National Council of Negro Women. These roles allowed her to gain meaningful experience in mentoring, program coordination, advocacy, and supporting diverse student populations.

As a Graduate Assistant, Cyniah looks forward to growing professionally while contributing to the development of the campus community she serves. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where students feel empowered to show up as their authentic selves while also receiving the guidance and resources needed to grow into who they envision themselves becoming.

Mollie Katzen, Graduate Assistant

Mollie Katzen is a second-year graduate student in the Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) program at West Chester University (WCU). She earned her B.A. at Franklin & Marshall College in 2023 in an integrated major of Psychology, Biology, and Linguistics. Mollie currently works in the WCU Office of Educational Accessibility (OEA) and has previous experience working with neurodivergent individuals at Full Spectrum Fitness, which provides supported exercise programs for neurodiverse children, teens, and adults. Mollie is excited to help foster safe, supportive spaces where D-CAP students can thrive, feel empowered, and build confidence in their strengths.
