STAFF PROGRAMS

New Ram Experience provides insight into our mission, vision, values, and initiatives; information about key partnerships on campus, and provides information to help newly hired staff navigate campus and the surrounding community. Benefits Orientation allows employees to understand benefits that ensure financial wellbeing and health. If eligible, a Benefits Manager will contact you. Departmental Orientation helps employees understand the culture, expectations, operational procedures, and communication preferences within their department. Employees learn the performance expectations of their new role and how it contributes to departmental goals that support student success. Finally, the in-person Golden Welcome Orientation is a half-day program that allows individuals to connect with key leaders and others while touring our beautiful campus.
