Admission Requirements

The I/O Psychology certificate program requires that you have a bachelor’s degree, but it doesn’t have to be in psychology — anyone with an interest in I/O Psychology can enroll in the program.

  • A completed online application. Apply online. Choose code C257 for the online I/O Psychology certificate program. Deadline to apply is August 10 for Fall admission and January 10 for Spring admission.
  • Official transcripts of all coursework from each undergraduate and graduate institution attended.
  • A letter of intention outlining your professional goals and educational objectives for attending the program.
  • Two letters of recommendation.
  • Students have the option to transfer to the MS Industrial/Organizational Psychology program after successful completion of the Certificate program with a grade of B or better in all courses.
