Student Success Coordinators help you navigate West Chester University as a first-year, continuing or transfer student by providing clear, accurate information about campus resources and academic options. They are your go-to support, dedicated to helping you make informed decisions and succeed at WCU.

Your Student Success Coordinator will stay in regular contact with you, sharing important resources, key dates, deadlines, and reminders to keep you on track for graduation.

• When you have a question: Start with your Student Success Coordinator. If they don’t have the answer right away, they’ll help you find it.
• When you encounter a problem or obstacle: Your Student Success Coordinator can work with you to resolve issues and remove barriers.
• When you’re dealing with a personal challenge: They can connect you with the right support and campus resources.
• When there is a hold on your account: Your Student Success Coordinator can identify the issue and guide you on how to clear it.
• When you are unsure who to contact: With in-depth knowledge of WCU, your Student Success Coordinator will point you to the right office or person.
