A retreat from the day to day is an effective way to focus on an area or issue, problem solve, improve processes and plans, or bond with colleagues through team strengthening activities. Organizational Development supports your retreat by planning and facilitating content and helping to plan the event logistics.
Personalized Learning Paths
LinkedIn Learning develops and enhances skills through short, expert-led online courses. Organizational Development can create personalized LinkedIn Learning Paths related to your field and interests using focused, self-paced, video instruction and utilizing over 16,000 online courses. West Chester University offers several integrated onboarding programs and initiatives that provide newly hired employees with the information and resources they need to adjust to the social and performance aspects of their new role. Employees are encouraged to participate in all programs.
Tuition Waiver and Reimbursement
West Chester University promotes lifelong learning by offering tuition waiver and reimbursement for eligible employees and their eligible dependents. Our degree and certificate programs provide opportunities for employees and their dependents to enhance their knowledge and skills for advancement. The tuition benefit covers tuition and select applicable fees.
Training and Program Calendar
Organizational Development offers 30-minute live zoom training on important topics related to WCU policy, programs, professional development, and benefits. Sessions include an overview and allow time for Q&A.
LinkedIn Learning
LinkedIn Learning offers over 16,000 on-demand expert-led, short, focused, and self-paced, video instruction online courses; content for professional certification exams preparation; and continuing education credit courses that are free to WCU employees. Faculty and Staff Training (FAST)
FAST training supports WCU staff and faculty to gain proficiency and learn best practices in trending platforms including Office 365, OneDrive, D2L, and RamCloud. Courses are designed to accommodate all levels of learning and allow users to build on acquired skills.

With our OD Lend and Learn Library you can select a title from an online list for delivery right to your office. An email confirmation and book due date will be provided upon shipment. All books must be returned to 201 Carter Drive, Suite 100 by the due date.
