Organizational Development offers 30-minute zoom training on select topics for managers and all employees. These courses provide an overview and/or review of important topics related to WCU policy, programs, professional development, or benefits. Facilitators will provide an overview of the topic and allow time for Q&A.

FAST training supports WCU faculty and staff in becoming proficient in various applications, in addition to providing best practices in trending platforms (ie: Office 365, OneDrive, D2L, RamCloud). The Organizational Development library contains resources to enhance you both personally and professionally. View and select your title from our online list. An email will pop up to notify us of your request to check out the book. Once sent, you will receive an email confirming that your book is on its way along with a date the book is due back to the HR office. Please return all books by the due date provided upon check out to 201 Carter Drive, Suite 100.

Performance Management Resources

Performance management guides employees to enhance their skills, productivity, and work results.
