How to Schedule a SAVED Report To be delivered to your WCU Inbox daily/weekly/monthly

  1. Login to Navigate360:
    • Open your browser and log into Navigate using your institution’s credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Reporting Section:
    • From the dashboard, locate the Reporting tab in the main menu, typically found on the left-hand side of the screen. It looks like an Excel sheet with a magnifying glass How to Schedule a Report in Navigate 1. A new page will open showing Two tabs My Saved Reports and Standard Reports.
    • Locate the report you want to schedule in the My Saved Reports section.
    • Click on the three lines before your report name. Scroll down to the Configure Schedule.

  3. Configure Scheduling Options:
    • A scheduling window will open, where you can set the following parameters:
      • Frequency: Choose how often you want the report to run (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly).
      • Start Date: Specify when the scheduled reporting should begin.
      • End Date: If applicable, select when the scheduling should stop, or leave it open-ended.
      • Delivery Time: Set the time of day you want the report to be generated and delivered.
  4. Delivery Method:
    • Email: Your report will be delivered to your WCU Outlook Inbox
  5. Finalize the Schedule:
    • After setting all parameters, click Schedule Report to save and activate the schedule.
  6. Manage Scheduled Reports:
    • To view or modify scheduled reports, go to the Past Reports Column and click on the number of previous reports. A list of your previous reports will appear which includes your report title, frequency, and filter options.
